Frequently Asked Questions

What is halotherapy and how does it work?

Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) uses micro-particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt dispersed into the air inside our private booth. When inhaled, salt may help support respiratory health, ease congestion, and promote clearer breathing. Many guests also report improvements in skin clarity and overall relaxation.

How long are salt sessions?

Salt booth sessions are 10 minutes. This is a focused, efficient experience designed to deliver salt exposure in a concentrated environment. There are no extended salt sessions offered at this time. Your answer here.

What is PEMF therapy?

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy uses gentle electromagnetic pulses to support cellular function, circulation, and overall recovery. Many clients use PEMF for relaxation, inflammation support, muscle recovery, and general wellness.

What does a salt session feel like?

Most guests describe the experience as calming and grounding. You may notice a salty taste in the air. Some people experience mild throat tickling or coughing... this is normal as the salt begins to support airway clearing.

What is Red Light Therapy used for?

Red Light Therapy (RLT) uses specific wavelengths of light to support skin health, circulation, muscle recovery, and overall cellular energy. It may be booked as a standalone service or combined with select modalities, depending on availability.

How often should I schedule?

Frequency depends on your goals. Some clients visit monthly for maintenance and stress relief, while others visit multiple times a month for more focused support. Consistency typically produces the best results.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable clothing. For salt sessions, lighter clothing is recommended as salt particles may lightly settle on fabric. For Red Light or PEMF sessions, wear something that allows easy access to the area of the body you wish to focus on.
